Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

Det exklusiva boendet håller allra högsta standard och har allt man kan tänkas önska. En bit bort från huset ligger ett utav Sveriges vackraste havsbad Smitingen och med endast några kilometer till Härnösand som ligger i början av världsarvet Höga kusten är läget perfekt!

Berghamnstorp - a unique fishermans cottage with a seaview over the Berghamn bay. You have an outdoor hot tub with sauna and relax. The house has a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and a cosy living room. Berghamn is a pearl because of the beutiful landscape, the old little fishing harbour, the fishermans chappel from 1750, but above all, the seclusion. In the bay you will find a great sand beach with a shallow sea. The place offers a magnificent view over the Bottnia sea.

It is within walking distance to various exercise trails, a slalom hill, grocery store and there is a gas station in the village. St. Olavsleden passes by Gällö and the beautiful Forsaleden is nearby. The accommodation is undisturbed with views of Revsundssjön and the forest behind.

Boendet har 3 st sovrum, magnifik utsikt, egen strand, jacuzzi, fiber-anslutning för arbete från hemmet, eldstad, mm. Huset är fullt utrustat och har de flesta bekvämlighet man kan tänka sig. Städning utförs av hyresgästen vid utcheckning, alternativt köps tjänsten av hyresvärden. Sängkläder och handdukar tar hyresgästen med själv alternativt kan det hyras för 100 kr/person.

A house located close to Hallstaberget and Hallstabacken with good conditions for slalom and cross-country skiing. Perfect if you want to experience nature but still be centrally located in Sollefteå. The house is on two floors where the bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen and living room are downstairs. Newly renovated downstairs with new kitchen.
