The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area with view of the lake and trampoline for children in summer. At the lake, a wood-fired sauna to rent and a rowing boat to borrow. Bed sheets & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Here is an older cottage with a lot of charm to rest in. Breakfast included! The kitchen in the cottage is simple with a wood stove, electric mini oven and microwave. Possibility to use a fully equipped kitchen in the main house where toilet, shower and washing machine are also available. The wood-fired sauna warms well and there is also a sitting tub and battery-powered shower. On the porch, you can hear the water from the pond and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for a coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Promenera till byns badplats med ytterligare bastu, och torpets båt/kanadensaren/kajak. Här finns fiskevatten, bär- och svampmarker, promenadvägar samt snö vintertid. På gården finns får och du är varmt välkommen att ta med ditt husdjur. Min ambition är att du ska ha det riktigt bra med mig till hands utan att jag stör dig.

Närmsta mataffär ligger 9 km bort. 16 km till Örnsköldsviks centrum med Paradisbadet och Skyttis skidspårområde. Slalombackar finner du flera i kommunen. Vintertid finns sparkar att låna, och två cyklar sommartid

Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.
