Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in separate building on the plot. Summertime is available for sauna rafting, rowing boat, beach, bicycles about 20 min Boden, 30 min Luleå, Piteå 50min We also have a simpler forest shoe next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old farmland with nice landscapes, with the cities 25-35km away! Walking distance to the village's 24Food shop, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village there are two fishing lakes with planted fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and quiet area with the forest and snowmobile trail outside the door. Please respect that you do not rent our part of the garden.

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. "Gummans" is only a 15-minute drive from Kallax Airport. Bus to Luleå from E4 (1.3 km from "Gummans"), fewer on weekends than weekdays. 5 km to shop. Excellent hiking trails in the summer and ski tracks in winter in the village. Ralph Lundstensgården with fantastic food and coffee, can be found in central Ersnäs.

Cozy guest home in detached garage building. 500m to bus stop that takes you to downtown Luleå in 20 min. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby hospital and Sunderby railway station. The sauna barrel is available at the farm which at certain times can be used. The use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.
