Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

You choose which version of Vathi to enjoy according to the time of year, both are lovely! The harbour is just two minutes away from Galazio's garden gate. Or it has its peaceful terrace with sea view, where you'll want to linger.

Bellezza cottage is a ground floor house of 55 sq.m. and can accommodate up to five people. It is located in Vathi, Ithaca, in an excellent location that provides amazing and unobstructed views from all its rooms to the natural bay, the sea and the surrounding villages. It has a 130 sq.m. paved courtyard with a dining area under the pergola and an outdoor lounge as well as a private BBQ. The private pool, measuring 3m x 4m and 1.40 meters deep, ensures moments of relaxation and tranquility.

Ionian View Apartment

This apartment consists of one bedroom with queen sized bed and anatomic mattress,built in closets,fly screens,air condition and a balcony. The other space has a built in full size kitchen with utensils,stove refridgerator,dining table, couch,tv,aircondition and a balcony with table and chairs from where you can enjoy the relaxing, fantastic sea view. Both balconies have awnings. Parking space is available and free in our property. Self check in is available.

Olive Grove

Relaxing and spacious two storey house with a breathtaking panoramic sea /port view, within walking distance to the town center. Private entry +110 square meter space, a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed, 1 with 1 single beds, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to five visitors. It is located only 400 meters away from the main square, in a quiet place with beautiful view of the Vathy bay.

A spacious lovely studio fully equipped with its own entrance, kitchen, small seating area, bathroom and storage space. It can accommodate from 1 up to 4 people. On street level but very quiet. Close to the town centre, sea front, bars & cafes. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking).
