Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Vaud

Nice and cosy place. Felt very clean as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome gifts were nice. If driving from Geneva/Nyon, there is some very windy roads to get here. The chalet was close to the french border so we went over for groceries - was like a 5min drive to Carrerour and Intermarche. Great to see something different!

Daniel’s chalet is gorgeous, perfect for a chill weekend with family and friends to enjoy nature and peace. The house brings you back in time, making you enjoy slowing down :) Daniel and Sylvie were very helpful in giving us tips and instructions and were always available to help us out. We stayed in a spacious accommodation spread across four floors, featuring one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The property is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from a small train station, making it relatively easy to reach—especially if you're arriving via a larger hub like Montreux. However, it's important to note that while the location is scenic and peaceful, the nearby train station is very small and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. We arrived late and hadn't realized that basic shopping (e.g., milk, butter, kitchen roll, hand towels for the kitchen) needed to be done in advance or in a larger town. Future guests may want to plan ahead and stock up on essentials before arriving. That said, the mountain views and tranquil setting

We booked Airbnb for the first time and so we can't compare. But I think everything was right. The images correspond to Bastien's description. The anteroom with the Swedish stove is cozy and the living room and kitchen are ideal for 2 people. The bathroom is very small, but I prefer a larger living space to a large bathroom. The mattress is hard, which did us good. Only the WLAN with the Sunrise network caused our Samsung phone problems. Apps didn't all work, we had to go through our data. Everything worked with the Apple phone. The surrounding area is very quiet. We can only recommend the apartment.

The apartment has an amazing view on the mountains. It’s well equipped and it has a nice garden with a wooden dining table and a ping pong table. It also offers very bright dining area in the kitchen, where we could have nice family breakfasts. Actually, the apartament was even nicer than what we expected based on the description. Belinda is very responsive so we didn’t have any problems even with little questions. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We stayed in this apartment and were fully satisfied with our experience. The accommodation is spacious and well-organized, with three comfortable bedrooms, perfect for families or groups. The kitchen, large and modern, integrated with the living room, is the heart of the house—a great space for cooking and relaxing together. The location is quite remote, but for us, this was a plus since we were looking for tranquility and had a car for getting around. It’s ideal for those who want to escape the city chaos without giving up comfort. Highly recommended!

Very clean & spacious apartment. Quiet and peaceful. The view overlooks vineyards, a horse farm and Lake Geneva/Alps. We enjoyed watching several hawks coasting above the landscape our last morning. Very charming.

Very nice apartment, very clean and very functional. The views are beautiful from the garden and from the sofa! Very nice hikes to do nearby. Anne-Lise is a very pleasant host who made it easy for me to arrive by sharing a video of the journey and photos of the house. I would definitely stay again because the stay was really refreshing.

What an amazing place! We were two families with a total of five kids between 2 and 12 years, and we felt right at home. We could really unwind and deconnect, reconnect with the pure nature around us and imagine ourselves in the time this beautiful cabin was built, well before mobile phones, social media and work emails. The chalet is very authentic and really well equipped, even for the a group of 9 people that we were. Kitchen and bathrooms are not brandnew, but everything was very functional and super clean. Access to the place is easy, we came with two cars, but we could have parked up to four cars easily. The village of Les Mosses has not a great number of restaurants to offer, but there are some beautiful mountain restaurants you can hike to. And we went to Gstaad as well, which is just 30 minutes away. Sanne was a lovely host, always responsive and friendly. Thank you Sanne for letting us stay at this wonderful place!

We had a wonderful time in your home. First and foremost the house itself: so beautiful, soothing, tastefully furnished and very cozy. We felt right at home there and also our children played there for hours. And then that view, I can't imagine this ever getting used to. In addition, it is also a super nice region, every trip we were amazed by the beauty of the region. It was a really successful vacation! We'd love to come back here again.
