The property is a substantial 92m2 in size and available with access to its own private and lockable basement garage (with storage space for bikes) and ground floor boot room ski locker for 8 guests.

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.

It is located in a quiet condominium and close to all amenities including the cable car leading to the oz station and connecting the Alpe d'Huez grand domaine… all 3 min drive or 20 min walk… be careful access by a spiral staircase may not be suitable for the elderly or people with disabilities
