One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can go by car, bus or bike without the need of a ferry. Communication to Stockholm and Vaxholms City is great, there are buses almost 24/7. Coming from Arlanda airport (ARN) it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. The property is set in a lush garden with animals, nature and the sea on the corner. Swimming dock in the Baltic Sea is about 200 meters from the house.

The house is situated in a quiet and leafy residential area with a lot of history. A couple of minutes walk will take you to Velamsund's nature reserve with running tracks, riding school, restaurant, outdoor space and swimming area. Walk 15-20 minutes to the ferry that takes you out in the archipelago or to Stockholm city. A rowing boat is available for you.
