Welcome to our beautiful family home, completely renovated in 2023, located between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, in an exclusive setting, on the edge of a golf course (Ugolf). Our residence offers high-end comfort, optimal security and a peaceful setting for an unforgettable vacation. The house is located in the heart of a park where a secure and heated swimming pool (optional depending on the season) is at your disposal. This house is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends.

The house is composed of a 60m2 large living/dining room, shiny and cosy, heart of the house, 2 little bedrooms (1 bed 180x200cm or 2 beds 90x200cm and 1 bed 160x200cm or 2 beds 80x200cm). The mezzanine on top of the livingroom has 1 bed of 180x200cm or 2 beds 90x200cm. The garden with trees is 800m2. My House is 5 minutes away from Saint-Pardon of Vayres "harbour", famous French spot for tidal bore surfing. It is less than 25 minutes away from Bordeaux tramway and Saint-Emilion

Surf lovers can try an unforgettable experience on the crests of Mascaret according to schedule.
