Unwind in this unique and quiet home in nature reserve near Stockholm. We rent out our guesthouse located in Nacka with proximity to the sea and lake, 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city. The cabin is 30 sqm with sleeping loft, toilet, outdoor shower and kitchenette. In the sleeping loft there is a double bed and a smaller mattress. Downstairs, there is a sofa and a mattress with sleeping space for one person each. In summer, there is the opportunity for hiking and swimming in the lake and sea, in winter for cross-country skiing and ice skating in the area.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycle can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis near the sea. Norra Lagnö is only 20 minutes' drive from the lock and 5 minutes' drive from Gustavsberg where you will find a Coop, Systembolaget, etc. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement of the main building (to which the tenant has sole access). SUP boards are included if you want to get out on the water, as well as the possibility to borrow bicycles. If you come by boat, there is a boat dock. Welcome!

Welcome to our Heavenly place, beautiful views, place, in the countryside, just outside central Stockholm. Close to the Archipelago and walking distance to lakes for swim or fishing. Be prepared to see wild roe deer very close to the house. The view and the light in the cabin in the morning is beautiful and peaceful. But still It is easy to commute if you want Stockholm's city pulse.
