What a lovely little gem in Port Owen! Maritjie was an absolute star, such a warm and thoughtful host. She stayed in touch both before and during our stay, making everything so easy and enjoyable. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts, and the place was spotless and beautifully kept. I honestly can’t fault a single thing, Maritjie put so much care into making us feel welcome. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay and for being such an exceptional host!

Absolutely recommended – a perfect stay in Langebaan! We had a wonderful time staying at this place and highly recommend it! The host Linette is very warm and accommodating, and Vusi is always on site in case you need help – a really great team! The house is almost right on the small private beach, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The location is ideal: you can get anywhere quickly by car, and shopping is also nearby. The place itself is clean, cozy and has plenty of space for a small family. We felt completely comfortable and had everything we needed. We would come back anytime and recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and relaxing holiday in Langebaan. Thank you, Linette and Vusi, for the great stay.

Really great place to stay. Right on the sea front, far end of town. Very quiet. Easy access to beach below. Hear the lapping waves. Very clean and very well equipped. Pleasantly surprised to have a shower as was not mentioned. We thought it was a bath only. Great shower it was too! Very comfy big bed. Lovely place to relax and unwind. Read a book or beach walk, yet near enough to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Neat and central. Janine was very friendly and helpful. The care taker SuMarie was very welcoming and informative ,she took immense care of us.

Erna's listing of Heron's Place is an absolute must to try. Our stay was just too short. We arranged a boat cruise on the river and because of the private jetty, they were able to pick us up at our doorstep and drop us off there again. The area is beautifully quiet and on the river. I would recommend it.

We hade a very nice stay at Grace's place. Very clean and host is very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

The house is well equipped with high quality utensils. Everything you need is there, and easy to use. Bedding and bathrooms is super clean and of good quality, with plenty of towels. It is very private and well placed for boating activities or just relaxing at the water. Cant wait for our next visit.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, Amarentia was incredibly warm, welcoming, and thoughtful — their hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to our trip. The town is a small, peaceful gem, perfect for unwinding and taking a break from the fast pace of the CBD. There’s something so refreshing about the slower rhythm and friendly local atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely waking up to the stunning ocean view each morning — it was so calming and beautiful. We truly felt relaxed and recharged. Would definitely love to come back again!

Great view of the boats from the balcony, very tidy and luxurious apartment. Check-in was straight forward and Susan was very responsive and nice. One consideration is that the production of dried fish, bokkom, might smell sometimes if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction.

We had an amazing stay at Erasmus' place, which surpassed our expectations from the moment we entered. Everything was neat and spotless, and the place had everything you could ever need in a self-catering unit and more. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful panoramic view of the apartment, as well as it being incredibly private at the same time. Everything we needed was also within walking distance, which was a big bonus. We will definitely be making our way back again!

Carna is a very friendly and welcoming host. The apartment is beautifuly decorated with thoughtful touches and the view from the kitchen and lounge is amazing. It is a very short stroll down to the beach- the location cannot be better.

Lovely place, beautiful views.

I can highly recommend this stay, being picky and host myself a few months ago. Excellent value and so clean and modern. Bonus - first load of wood (which we replenished but weren’t asked to) and ice cubes for free! I actually think the place looks better in real life than on the pictures. Jacuzzi is more private than I thought.

Michelle is an awesome host. The place exceeded all expectations. A break away requires everything the place has; it’s fun and functional. But most importantly it’s peaceful and relaxing. The space is safe and secure. We will definitely be returning because why not?

Loved that this was walking distance from the beach! The hot tub was an added bonus! So hard to find a pet friendly place with a hot tub and in close proximity to the beach in Langebaan! I’m definitely staying here again! Thank You Lelethu!
