This nice apartment is located by the sea in the city of Almunecar. The nature in the area is dramatic with high mountains and beautiful beaches. This is a corner apartment at the top of the house with a stunning view from the balcony towards the sea. Our beach is Playa Velilla. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Several golf courses are in the area. Wintertime skiing opportunities in Sierra Nevada. Access to pool July-mid-September. Two bedrooms and open plan kitchen/living room. Washing machine available. Wi-Fi.
