It sleeps 11 in 4 bedrooms. 2 x king bedrooms, 1 x twin bedroom (2 single beds) and a room for 5, with 2 sets of bunk beds and a pull out bed. It is furnished to a high standard and has stunning views of the Rila mountains and ski slopes. It has a private in-house sauna plus shared hot tub and heated swimming pool (ski season) in the main building - pool towels are provided. The complex also has a lovely bistro and mini mart.

The studio has a double bed (bedroom 1.60 x 2.00 m), sofa bed (stretched - 1.40 x 1.90 m), kitchenette, bathroom, terrace overlooking the pine forest and the mountain. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and dishes. The complex has a restaurant, lobby bar, spa and ski wardrobe for a fee and free parking with a limited number of spaces.
