Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Velipoja Beach

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

Great accommodation, has everything you need, and you get lots of great tips for activities and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and can only recommend the accommodation!

I definitely recommend the place, nice host, clean and nice room, and an incredible view from the terrace. The room is located in a quiet part, within the walls of the old town.

This is without a doubt one of the best value places we have stayed with an absolutely brilliant host who couldn't do enough for us and was always smiling. We had fresh apricots when we arrived and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Very cool (as assessed off an internal courtyard) with a lovely terrace overlooking the delightful garden! Only 15 minutes walk from the centre of town.

Wir haben uns bei Ornela sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war eine tolle und freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns immer hilfsbereit zur Seite stand. Wir haben 5 Nächte bei ihr gewohnt und die zentrale Lage sehr genossen. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können Ornela und ihr Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Enjoyed our stay. Even though it was short the place worked well for us as a base of operations. Easy to walk to anything we wanted in the area.

Genti was the most superb host! Not only did he check us in super late, but even gave us his parking spot, umbrella, helped with the baby, and walked us to dinner, after a very long drive from Montenegro, where we had the most incredible traditional dinner for next to nothing in price! His place was amazing and very cozy. It had everything you could need for a family of 5 and then some! Coffee and tea available along with some of the most comfortable beds and linens any Airbnb has had, and we’ve stayed at at least 40 of them. The balcony was so perfectly situated on a busy block, but we heard nothing all night long sleeping so comfortably there. Once we got up in the morning to sit on the balcony and have our coffee, we got to see the sights and hear the sounds of a lively neighborhood downstairs. It was our only night in Albania and we absolutely loved it. Will come back again soon!

Flavia was friendly and super welcoming when I arrived! The first night I was on my own so she invited me out for drinks with her family, I felt right at home and they gave me lots of ideas of things to do in the local area😊 The apartment was everything I needed, close to the north side which was where I wanted to visit and only a minutes walk from a lovely beach, shops and restaurants! schönes Apartment in sehr zentraler aber ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für Parkplätze muss man manchmal ein bisschen suchen aber wir haben immer was gefunden. Die Küche ist eher simpel ausgestattet aber ausreichend.

Wir blicken auf eine wundervolle Woche in Ulcinj zurück und sind der lieben Budija von Herzen dankbar für ihre herausragende Unterkunft. Alles war makellos sauber, und ich habe mich in einem Airbnb selten so heimisch gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, perfekt, um dem Trubel des Stadtzentrums zu entkommen. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 20 Minuten, mit dem Auto in rund 5 Minuten, bei allen wichtigen Restaurants, die man in Ulcinj nicht verpassen sollte. In der Nähe befindet sich der kleine Strand (Mala Plaza), wobei wir es vorgezogen haben, zum größeren Velika Plaza zu fahren. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, jedoch wichtig zu wissen: Sonntags sind alle Supermärkte geschlossen. Ich bin Budija für diese wunderbare Erfahrung unendlich dankbar und werde mit Sicherheit wieder bei ihr einkehren. Sie hat uns außerdem mit vielen wertvollen Empfehlungen versorgt, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und unvergesslicher gemacht haben. Vielen Dank liebe Budija <3

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage war ideal, und alle wichtigen Orte waren leicht zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. My family had a lovely stay in the perfect location - right by the beach, at the quieter end of the town. Shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was clean and organized. Beach chairs and umbrella can be rented daily and there are plenty to choose from. Finding street parking can be challenging during high season but it can be found a short walk away. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we look forward to returning again someday 😊

Die Wohnung von Petar und Alex gehört zu den besten Airbnb-Unterkünften, in denen wir je übernachtet haben. Sie ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, äußerst geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage oberhalb von Ulcinj ist ruhig und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt. Die Altstadt und die wunderschönen Badebuchten im Pinienwald sind in 20-30 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein besonderes Highlight sind die Gastgeber Petar und Alex. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung über wertvolle Restauranttipps für Ulcinj und die Umgebung bis hin zur ständigen Erreichbarkeit per Chat – wir haben uns rundum wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt. My friend had an allergic reaction and they went the extra mile to make sure he got to the hospital, they had to transfer him to the hospital in bar and they drove all the way to Bar to pick him up after the incident. I can’t stress this enough you can not get a better host. Also the house was beautiful and had a very wonderful dog.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Florinda. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wir sind mit Kindern gereist und dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Es gab einen hochstuhl und Spielzeug. Auch andere tolle Details waren vorhanden. Wie zB. Waschpulver. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Außerdem war Florinda sehr nett und hilfreich, als es zB. Um die Parkplatzsuche ging.
