You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. You reach the apartment via a shared staircase. The stairs are steep according to current building standards. The space can be described as cozy, with the use of beautiful materials, an eye for detail and, above all, comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay for a short or longer period.

Modern apartment located on the ground floor of a city villa in the heart of Arnhem city center. There is a private entrance and a free covered parking space. The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, private toilet and bathroom with rain shower. The sitting/bedroom has a box spring bed with 2 relaxing armchairs to rest after a day of shopping and/or culture. We will surprise you with a nice breakfast (included). Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.
