You will be close to nature but also to cities of character such as Coulon, La Rochelle, Île de Ré, Le Puy du Fou, Le Futuroscope.

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Come and recharge your batteries in our riverside trailer, bicycles, canoe and fishing equipment are at your disposal. Numerous marked trails from the trailer will allow you to discover the surroundings. Close to the Poitevin Marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Vendée beaches, Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, there are many opportunities for outings, while enjoying the calm that this place provides.

Renovated Barn 2 Pers-Le Petit Lieu (Gîte Le 411)

Gîte 411 is made of old stone. The exposed bricks and pellet stove create a warm atmosphere, while the traditional wooden frame recalls the past of this old cellar located in the heart of the village of La Garoterie in St Philbert de Grand Lieu. The proximity of Lake Grand Lieu, hikes in the vineyards of Sud-Loire Nantais, the elephant 25 minutes away and the Atlantic coast 40 minutes away make this location an ideal place, between land and sea!
