Christophe is a charming and very hospitable and friendly host. Welcome drink was on the table upon arrival, very nice! He is very attentive and has good tips for the area. Also responds directly to any question you ask. It is a very nice place to stay and to explore the neighborhood: the beach is beautiful and the sea too! We were able to park the car in the driveway, but there is also a garage. The backyard is completely private and fully fenced, ideal for a dog. We found the electric shutters for all the windows in the house to be a plus: so you can really sleep in the dark. After a nice holiday week, we unfortunately had to go home again :)

Excellent stay in Katia and François' accommodation. This one is very functional, decorated with care and attention to detail. Quality bedding and impeccable cleaning on our arrival. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Fabienne's place was perfect for our family, the place is peaceful and safe. The house is functional and the pool within walking distance of the property is great!

A really nice little house for 2 people. Very well located with the path in front that leads directly to the beach. Peaceful place (off-season in any case), very accommodating host. You just need to plan to change the vacuum cleaner. We are delighted with our stay.

Beautiful little house, fully equipped. Beautiful garden with furniture and barbecue, fully fenced. Super convenient with the dog. Bavette is super friendly. She even brought us vegetables from her vegetable garden. I recommend it 100%!!

Another beautiful extended weekend with the family in the Marais, where the weather allowed us to enjoy swimming and the outdoors. The house has everything you need and is very well prepared before our arrival. It is with great pleasure that we have returned and will return again.

Kasia and Anthony's house was perfect for our weekend with friends. The land is huge, well maintained. The pool and terrace are very nice. And the rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding. The house in its likeness is really tastefully decorated and we would have stayed a little longer! The location, close to Sables d’Olonne and close to our wedding location was great. Beautiful architect house with great volumes and space. Very quiet place with a big garden, beautiful Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything is there to have a great stay. Our hosts, Celine and Pascal have been very nice, welcoming us, answering all our questions. Thank you to both of you for your availability. Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbor are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in just a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with unlimited trips.

We had a great weekend in this house. We feel at home, everyone can have their independence and a lot of equipment is available (fitted kitchen, barbecue, board games, etc.). The pool can be covered, which is ideal for enjoying it whatever the weather. The proximity to the beach as well as to the village of Tranche is a real plus! The hosts are very welcoming, responsive and flexible. Thank you!

Beautiful house near port joinville but far enough to be really quiet. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The equipment is complete. Our entire group of 9 adults had a great time.

Lovely beautiful quiet destination close to the beach . The host was very responsive and helpful throughout . The house was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything that we could have needed.

We had a great stay from June 2 to 9. The accommodation is as described, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located, a stone's throw from the port. Bastien was very welcoming and available, he even added a travel cot for our baby, which was very much appreciated. He gave us very good advice to discover Jard-sur-Mer and its surroundings. We particularly liked the walks in the nearby forest, ideal with our dog. As for restaurants, Le Sloop is a very good place, and the couscous to take away from the Couscousière d'Hocine is a real treat. Thanks again to Bastien for his hospitality!

What you see is what you get. The place is neat, private and clean. Full of natural light. The plus for a dog owner is the fully close garden with enough place for the dog to run about
