At the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood of La Roche-sur-Yon. Located 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and O'Gliss Park, 45 minutes from Le Puy-du-Fou and 10 minutes from Vendespace. Warm and friendly welcome. Non-smoking accommodation (outdoor area allowed). Pets not allowed. Free Wi-Fi access.

You have a fully private space with separate entrance, shower room, equipped kitchen and office upstairs. We provide you with everything you need for breakfast. A 5-minute walk from the train station. Puy du Fou is a 25-minute drive away. Maulévrier Oriental Park is a 15-minute drive away. Hellfest 30 minutes away. I will be happy to host you, but a lockbox is available for late check-ins.
