Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

"L'étang" gîte 5 km from Puy du Fou, on enclosed wooded land of 1.2 hectares with private pond. Located in the heart of the village of Saint Mars la Réorthe, 38 m² studio with a double bed and 2 single beds in mezzanine. Separate kitchen with workspace: fridge, microwave, induction stove, filter coffee maker & Dolce Gusto, kitchenware, vacuum cleaner, baby cot and high chair on request. Pond view 2 other lodgings and the owners' house are on the same property

3 km from Puy du Fou, this small accommodation consists of a bedroom totally independent of the main residence (annex with private entrance). It is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet, no kitchen or fridge, possibility of providing a cooler with ice packs. Free parking in front of the accommodation. The rental is located in a quiet area, 400 m from Intermarché with a gas station and 600 m from the village with a bakery and pizza distributor.

Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Breakfasts not included, however tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Pets, parties and charging of electric vehicles not allowed.
