Our accommodation is 5 min from La Ferrière, La Roche s/yon. The cottage has 1 adult bedroom connecting with 1 children's bedroom with 2 beds. Separate entrance. Washing machine, dishwasher, built-in kitchen, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven. Bathroom, private toilet. TV – Internet. Ideal for business and leisure travel (in summer, 2 nights minimum). We pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness. No pets allowed. No smoking in the cottage.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
