We had a great weekend, Isabelle is very friendly and accommodating, we were able to arrive and leave at a time that suited us. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, we recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Very good stay in Marion's apartment, we had clear directions to get there and Marion was available to guide us as needed. Very nice corner, lots of things within walking distance!

I had a wonderful time with Jessica and Ludovic. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and very clean. The highlight was the view and wind protection and of course the great pool. Although very centrally located, it was very quiet. Supermarket, restaurants and wine merchants are within a few minutes' walk. The beach is 5 minutes away. Jessica and Ludovic are very friendly and helpful. I can 100% recommend it. Thank you both very 😘 much. I really enjoyed being a guest with you.

Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.

Very nice little apartment on the 3rd floor, beautiful sea view, an independent bedroom +beds on the mezzanine, well equipped and clean. Proactive hosts provide all check-in and check-out instructions. great!

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, so it is very touristy. Parking spaces can usually be found nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep staircase. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no parasol is available. Alison (cleaning assistant, but she organized one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room...🥲 otherwise everything is good.

Francine is super caring, attentive and the apartment is really nice, modern, 100 M from the beach and with free parking... Go for it, yes, no hesitation, yes ❤️

We had a great stay in this house with terrace. We enjoyed the brightness of the accommodation and the quiet. Our host was very nice.

We spent an extended weekend in Danielle's apartment, who was very kind, pleasant and eager to facilitate our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, the rooms are air-conditioned and the large terrace is very pleasant. The parking space and the proximity of the Graezel beach are important assets. So we are delighted with our stay.

Probably the best Airbnb we've booked, very faithful to the photos, I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Very close to the sea, the air conditioning is a real plus, which feels good after a day at the beach. We will come again!!!

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. We had a great time, ideal apartment for 2 couples, very nice services, duplex with beautiful volumes, very bright. Beautiful terrace. If we return to gruissan, we will not hesitate to return to your apartment.

Good quiet place to explore the area. Cities like Narbonne and Beziers nearby, beautiful hiking locations and varied beaches; from busy tourist beaches to beaches that you almost have to yourself. Apartment well equipped with necessities. A friendly landlord who is proud of his location. The street was a bit messy due to sewer or other similar work, so we had to search for a while at first. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment, but in a public parking lot, a few streets away. Delicious bakery on the square 100 meters walk

We had a great stay in Gruissan! The view from the place was beautiful! Very clean, very functional, very pleasant to be able to access the pools of the residence! Everything was really perfect.

We are very happy with our stay in Gruissan. The center is very nice, the walk to the beach of the Chalets and along the sea is very invigorating. The harbor and its restaurants are very attractive. The proximity to Narbonne is a plus. And in addition we were entitled to a sunny stay. Thanks Virginia, Jean-Louis & Chantal
