The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

The unit provides pleasant accommodation for up to 4 people on 35 m2. Through the motorized skylight (skylight), you can admire the starry sky at night and wake up with the rising sun in the morning.

The 3 bedrooms can accommodate 7 people, and the living room can accommodate 2 more people if needed, +1 extra bed is available. The apartment boasts panoramic views of the Rába Quelle Water Complex right opposite the building; Széchenyi István University a 9-minute walk away across the river; the Castle of Győr located a 12-minute stroll away; and the Synagogue. Ideal for solo travelers and couples, but can also comfortably fit parties of three. Note that this is a walk-up apartment.

In the suburban area of Győr, a separate, quiet living space with a private bathroom and garden area. Free parking on the street. Please note that the place doesn‘t have a kitchen. There is only a mini fridge and a water heater. Unfortunately we cannot provide an additional bed for children.
