Following in the footsteps of the first, the second Suite de LA NUIT D'AMÉLIE was born... a totally private Home Suite of 120 square meters with: Living area: composed of a complete open-plan kitchen with a 65-inch LED TV lounge, bioethanol fireplace, air conditioning and a bathroom. Sleeping area: double bed, 90" TV, air conditioning, master bathroom with open shower and balcony. Wellness area with Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of the Pontine plain.

On the shores of one of Italy's rare natural lakes, with a suggestive heart shape nestled in the mountains of the Abruzzo National Park, stands Villa Giovanna and its Depéndance, lapped by the calm waters of the lake. Waking up to the reverberation of the water or the sound of the gentle waves gives serenity to the human soul, the possibility of discovering the surrounding nature directly from home is unparalleled. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The Casa della Bifora is part of a small hotel spread over several locations (La Torre del Cornone). You will find us in the historic center of the village of Fontecchio (AQ), just a 5-minute walk from the main square of the village. Fontecchio is a medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet valley of the Aterno River.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

"La Solagna" is our idea of hospitality for those who choose to live a quality experience in the green heart of Abruzzo. Cozy rooms with attention to every detail, care for guests and love for our land are the basis of what we offer. Located in the historic center of the small village of San Lorenzo di Beffi, on the hills of the Aterno Valley, the house is immersed in the nature of one of the most beautiful regional parks in Italy, that of the Sirente Velino mountains.

Rock house

It is a small gem located on the scenic Caporciano road. Partly dug into the rock, it offers views and suggestions that are hard to find. It has two gardens, one outside and one inside in which there is a barbecue. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a fireplace, a pellet stove and a living room dug into the cave, cool in summer. On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.
