Det er takparasoll på takterrassen samt parasoll utenfor stuen. Basseng ligger 10 meter fra vår eiendom Huset ligger i et stille og avskjermet boligområde som er barnevennlig. Det er kun eiere av boligene som kommer seg inn med bilen i området. Det er en port på utsiden. Barnevennlig. Kort vei til badestrender, matbutikker, restauranter, golfbaner, etc.
