Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Venice Gardens

Jennifer was an outstanding host—hospitable, organized, and accommodating. She proactively communicated with us, reaching out with warm and friendly messages, which greatly enhanced our experience. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and every little detail contributed to making our stay enjoyable. It is located on a quiet street in the southern part of Venice Gardens, just a 10 to 12-minute drive from historic downtown Venice.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Venice, Florida! From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was top-notch they provided clear instructions and were always available to answer our questions. The property was incredibly family-friendly. The pool was a hit, and we appreciated the provided beach chairs, towels, for our beach outings.  The location was ideal just 10 minutes from beautiful beaches like Venice Beach, and close to parks such as Shamrock Park & Nature Center. We also enjoyed nearby attractions like the Venice Fishing Pier and Brohard Park .   Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We just loved this place. It was as advertised and more. The house was well stocked with the essentials and more. Ample supplies of TP, Tissues, Paper towels soaps linens, dish & clothes washing supplies etc. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the applainces, coffee maker, mixers, etc. Plastic wrap, bags, foil etc. as well as a nice selection of spices, oils & vinegars ( something you do not see in most rentals.) The beach supplies were in great shape. We used the kayaks several times as well as the bikes. There were bike tools, a tire pump, dog walking buggy - all in great shape . The location was terrific in a nice neighborhood with lost of old growth live oaks & easy access to the beaches & restaurants. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Would rent again. Steve’s place had everything you could possibly need ! Loved having all the beach accessories and kayaks ! The place gave a fun beach but relaxing feel ! The coffee bar was key for me ! It was very clean and modern! We will definitely be back !

I booked this Airbnb for my adult kids over Christmas vacation. They throughly enjoyed everything about the place!

Absolutely loved Molly's place it really was an oasis in a beautiful setting in a very peaceful area. Molly was so friendly and made the whole process from check in to leaving just so easy. Molly was also very attentive during our stay and answered our questions promptly as well as giving great recommendations and advice about places to visit in the area. The property was just as advertised, but you had to really experience the wonderful pool in person to appreciate the amazing views across the water as well as the incredible wildlife from both the pool and the secluded sun patio. Every amenity was catered for and there were plenty of beach supplies (chairs/umbrella etc) for a day at one of the local beaches. We loved North Jetty Beach, plenty to see with the boats and persons fishing off the jetty. The property is nicely located for trips further afield to Sarasota area / Siesta Keys etc. If you are looking for your own pi ece of paradise then choose Molly's place.

My family and I just spent the most wonderful week in Greg’s place. The house was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded every expectation we had. It had everything to offer and more. The pool was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area. The house was spotless! We will definitely be back soon to enjoy this beautiful home!!! Thanks, Lee & Michelle

Casa Del Sol II is a great place to stay. It’s always clean and has everything you need. Location is wonderful, you can walk pretty much everywhere.

I stay at Yelenas place whenever I am in Sarasota for a swim meet Always clean and comfortable. Everything I need is available. Close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Top Notch!

Great location in Sarasota! The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and just a few minutes' drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Vanessa and Nicole were very responsive and gave us helpful instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely worth the money. Clean and Comfortable, private and quiet yet close to everything. Right on the water which was so relaxing. We got to meet Dali the Labrador and she was a sweetheart! Thanks Rick, if we have the need to return to the Ellenton/Bradenton area, you will for sure be on our list of places to stay.

We loved our stay at Edmund’s place. The perfect place to stay for beach access right out your front door.. it was so nice to be able to have a bathroom and food/snacks such a short walk from the beach!

We LOVED our stay. The close proximity to the beach was perfect and the beach itself was gorgeous. We got to see the most stunning sunsets and snorkel for shells in the water. The home was cozy and welcoming. We were impressed with how well stocked the place was- from having everything you could think of in the kitchen, to all beach necessities. We felt right at home and already decided we want to come back!

Highly recommended. Everything was clean, very quiet, and safe. Clara was very friendly, and we loved our stay.

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Clean and nice place. The apartment overlooks a small lake, which made it feel very cozy and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Five stars in every way. Location location location, everything is very close and convenient including the free shuttle that goes up and down the island. The home itself is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, anything you need. You do need to take some stairs to get to the unit, but if you’re comfortable with that pick this place. I reached out to Martha several times with questions about the island and she responded very quickly and was helpful every time.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!
