À 1km de l'océan, lodge de 20 M2 équipé d'un espace cuisine, d'une chambre et d'une salle d'eau avec wc. Belle terrasse extérieure en prolongement. Cabanon pour accueillir vos vélos (pas adapté pour les motos). Climatisation, chauffage et wifi. Possibilité de bénéficier de vélos et de planches de surf en supplément sur place. This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.

The cabin is a wooden frame type Médoc fisherman's hut in a wooded and zen garden located 500 m from the sea and 800 m from the center of Montalivet. You have a swimming pool with counter-current swimming and a Jacuzzi. Alex will be available to introduce you to the lakes and wines route, the Vélodyssée, the Compostela path, surfing, naturism, the Montalivet market. We have another Balinese-style furnished apartment. The pool with jacuzzi is shared.
