We had such a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family, and the highlight for all of us—especially the kids—was the pool. They spent hours swimming and playing, and it was such a relaxing space for the adults too. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adam was incredibly responsive and kind—any time we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and were super helpful. That made a big difference and made us feel really taken care of. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and easy getaway. We’d love to come back again!

This is the best place we have stayed so far! Perfect for our family with the pool and lots of space for everyone to relax inside or out. Nili was a great host that answered questions and did everything she could to make sure we had the best time. She even provided everything we would need to enjoy the beach. I highly recommend this for any family looking for a great stay in California.

This house is the perfect secluded getaway. It has an amazing pool and jacuzzi that you never want to leave with a spectacular view. It is hands down the most unique home I’ve ever been to. We loved interacting with the emu’s and there is the sweetest little cat that roams around the property. There are tons of lights switches everywhere that would at first seem overwhelming but everything is labeled very clearly making all navigation through the house a breeze. We would love to book this Airbnb again in the future.

We really loved staying at the house. Walking around the neighborhood, friendly people, and the beach cruisers came in handy. The location was near many places that we wanted to visit. We are looking forward to our next booking at this house!! Thank you again for all your assistance

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

This was our second time staying at the Orchard House and it did not disappoint! The home and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Our 4 kids loved the pool, treehouse, putting green, and bocce ball. So many cute cozy spots to enjoy a cup of coffee or book both inside and outside. The house is nicely spread out and could easily accommodate 2 families as there are 2 en-suite king bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for easy cooking and was left in pristine condition. We had a number of potentially annoying requests and Todd was quick to respond and accommodating. Our kids loved visiting the many nearby playgrounds and library. We can’t wait to come back!

We couldn’t have chosen a more serene place for our annual girls trip! The hosts Bonnie and Richard are outstanding! They respond to your texts quickly and are two of the nicest people you will ever meet!!!! Richard showed us around the grounds and gave us a little background on the place. The pictures online don’t do this place justice! The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash! The pool was refreshing after a day of shopping and enjoying the town of Ojai. We enjoyed sitting out on the lawn by the pool and enjoying all the greenery that surrounds Ojai Oasis. We all agreed that this place should be called Serenity, it was exactly what we all needed. We didn’t want to leave! They even have an EV charging station they allow you to use!

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

My mom, sister and I stayed at Kelly's place while visiting family in Ventura. The house is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We took full advantage of the huge sunroom and enjoyed the evenings outside--which were the typical slightly chilly oceanside climate--with the easy-to-use gas firepit. The beds were super comfortable too. Kelly truly thought of everything. The bathrooms had extra hair-ties, tampons, and other things you always forget. The kitchen had plenty of salt and spices. Although we didn't use them, we were charmed by the beach bags ready to go with sunscreen and disposable beach slippers. And Kelly was immediately responsive when I couldn't locate the iron at first. We did have a worry that the listing was playing down the train that is very close to the house, but it goes by so fast, doesn't blow the horn, and doesn't run late at night, so it became honestly kind of an exciting and very charming part of the stay. I highly recommend Kelly's place!

Great little place!

Absolutely loved our stay at The Beach Casita, so clean and beautifully decorated. The garden area was a dream and while I had to work a few days while there it was the most magical place to call my home office. Loved the location too, 10 minute walk to get coffee from Shining Sun- same distance for a beer from Transmission brewery at night…. Made all in our family happy! And groceries from our favorite spot (Trader Joes) a 7 minute drive made me happiest. We will be back again and enjoyed every minute of our stay, thank you C&C.

We loved Courtney’s House great area quiet and peaceful something I was looking for myself my fiancé and our little family dog everything from inside the house to the the backyard we loved the house is in a great neighborhood peaceful and everything is close by the beach the restaurants and great place to ride bikes in would definitely come back again..

The house is as pictured. It’s very clean, crisp, comfortable and has everything you need. It’s centrally located with coffee, shopping and restaurants a quick drive and a few minutes away. The back yard has multiple outdoor living spaces. Check in and out were simple. Christy and Marco were very responsive to any questions. A short but great stay. Thank you.

Great place to stay very simple but have all the necessities you need. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Also very close to beach. Definitely stay again.

This was a comfortable and convenient place to stay during my visit to Ventura. The space was very clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was kind and responsive throughout. I appreciated having a dedicated garage for my car. Another highlight was the surrounding yard. The owners have clearly put a lot of care into creating a peaceful outdoor sanctuary with lovely flowers and vegetable garden. I also really enjoyed evening walks through the neighborhood, admiring all the cute homes and sweet floral scents in the air. That made the stay feel especially memorable.

Tim's place was perfect for our family! we have 2 kids in their 20s and one brought a significant other, so we actually had a bedroom that no one used :) The mid-century modern furniture was gorgeous, and the beds were super comfy! We had dinner outside on the huge patio, and enjoyed sitting by the fire using their solo stove. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and to a few restaurants. We also went to the Channel Islands via the ferry, which is a quick 5 minute drive from the house! We would definitely stay again if we decide to return to Ventura!

Vivian’s place was exactly as advertised and she was a very responsive host when we had questions. Although we were a small group (2 people for 5 nights and a 3rd person for 2 nights) we were very comfortable and impressed with her rental. Her home instructors were very clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and glassware but we (personally) would have benefited from a few “smaller” pots and pans since we were not cooking for a larger group. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, towels and other useful items. We felt entirely safe in the neighborhood and dining choices were nearby, varied and very easily accessible. Although we arevery familiar with Ventura and our own home is less than 30 minutes away we chose Vivian’s place to rent since our son and his family had come to Ventura from Arizona for a week at the beach. We absolutely made a great decision. Thank You Vivian 🤗

A near perfect stay for a family! With access to the beach and cute little books and toys-- an inspiring interior and a chefs kitchen it was just such an awesome stay! Also the beds are SOOOOO comfortable with quality linens and pillows memory foam on even the kids beds-- dimmers everywhere-- chargers! The whole 9 yards. We would gladly book again and recommend this place!

We stayed at Louis’s for a week. We wanted to be close to the point break to surf and it was easy to arrive there. The house had everything we needed - including little desks for working which was great. The backyard is nice to have. We were also able to get to Ojai real quickly from the house which was great as well. Currently trying to figure out with Louis if he can get my knifes and a scarf I left at the house sent over to me. He’s been super helpful. Thank you for having us

Bob’s home is a hidden gem and midcentury dream in Santa Paula! It’s in a fantastic neighborhood, well-appointed, clean, a comfortable bed, quiet, safe, and peaceful. Bob was also extremely helpful, accommodating, and kind when we had a last-minute change.

Spectacular. Almost intellectual in its cultured ambience, with its high, uplifting beamed ceilings and the glass wall of light drawing focus to the inspirational view of the coastline, the sea with the channel island of Santa Cruz breaking up the horizon, and the sky. You can hear the waves at night above the peacefulness. The owner’s culinary sophistication is evident. Artful dishware, good cookware. The next time I go (and I definitely plan to!) I will use the rice cooker and prepare a meal. The best stocked pantry I have seen. We enjoyed the vinyl albums and turntable. We were comfortable with the tasteful furniture and bedding. We admired the light fixtures, houseplants, and interesting art and literature that surround you. Exquisite.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The backyard was really well designed as there were many comfy gathering places which includes hammocks, campfires, and marshmallow pits. The house was overall well equipped and extremely clean.

Mark’s place was very nice. He responded very quickly when I texted him with a question. The location was great for us. Didn’t have to drive far to all the places we wanted to go to. We had a wonderful weekend trip in Ventura!

Just about the perfect location right across the street from Marina Park and just a few more steps to the beach. Lovely beach house with great amenities including gas grill in backyard and a full-sized clothes washer/dryer, too! Walk to restaurants, Vons, Starbucks, and yummy donuts😋 Very responsive property management to boot - hard to ask for more. Very reasonably priced for what you get. The perfect spot for a beach holiday in Ventura. Highly recommended!
