Overlooking vineyards and a beautifully landscaped garden, this old small mill, completely restored and air-conditioned, is composed of: - On the ground floor: entrance to living room, open kitchen, back kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom - On the 1st floor: a second bedroom and a second bathroom. Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties!

Cette maison est uniquement pour 2 personnes adultes sans enfant (aucun rajout de personne supplémentaire n'est possible).

The view is beautiful over the valley, the starry sky, beautiful in all seasons, the field, vast and fenced, welcomes your pets; it is shared with our house (even if everyone has their own outdoor space). We accept 4 people but it is ideal for 2 (or couple with children). Go on your way if you're looking for perfection; it's just warm and well-equipped but not perfect!

Atypical 75 m2 stone house, quiet hamlet in the heart of Ardèche. Ideally located for hiking, biking, sightseeing. Beds made on arrival, bath towels, dish towels provided. Children's games. Basic ingredients. Internet access. Separate night area from living rooms allows rest and privacy. Please note that the bathroom and small bedroom have a low ceiling and are not suitable for people over 1.80 m.

In a beautiful setting halfway between the Rhone valley and the Ardechois plateau,the house of happiness is a restored 60 m 2 old pigeon house and furnished with garden ,and bread oven. The place is quiet and 600 m from the village .
