Apartment holiday rentals in Verde River

This was an amazing stay! I brought my two boys, ages 10 and 12, and we all loved it! Clean, convenient, the pool and hot tub were a hit! The beds are very comfortable and spacious, and it was very clean! Highly recommend and will be back!

I rented this apt for my mother who was visiting Scottsale. Overall Denise is a responsive and polite host. However, the apartment's internet WIFI connection is intermittent and not suitable for a person who requires to work remotely via WIGI. Other than that the place has a great location close to 101 and Scottsdale areas.

Anthony’s place was spotless and equipped with all of the essentials. It was very close to TPC Scottsdale. Anthony is a great host and very responsive. He actually has a golf business in town which I wish I knew. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to golf.

This was a great place to stay. It's close to everything in Scottsdale. The condo is extremely well stocked, with everything you could need. It is bright and welcoming. The communication with the hosts was always prompt and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and check-out is as simple as it gets for an Airbnb. Thank you!

Paul has an amazing place! It’s in a peaceful location that is well kept. We have stayed in our fair share of AirBnB’s, this condo is one of the best stocked homes we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The surrounding areas are beautiful and safe. The accommodations look just like the photos and everything was clean and fresh. We loved it here and hope to return in the future!

Carolyn and Mark were wonderful hosts. They greeted us upon our arrival and ensured we had everything we needed. We were traveling little kids and they set up the pack and play and high chair in advance and provided some snacks and drinks for our stay! The condo was as described and squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the nearby town for breakfast and dinner, and exploring the mountains nearby. It was cold the week of our stay but we still made use of the heated pool and hot tub that were a couple steps off the back patio. As other reviews have described, the condo was very well stocked both with cooking items as well as throw blankets and beach and bath towels. We were grateful for the l washer and dryer and the detergent and stain spray (eg little kids!) Carolyn and Mark were so friendly and we felt right at home. Thanks for having us!

Our stay at Austin and Hannah's was wonderful! They were super responsive from our very first communication through our check-out. It was easy to find the unit and the keypad allowed us easy entry. The place was perfectly located for us; near trails, on the edge of the desert and not far from whatever else we needed. Their space was clean, tidy and equipped with everything we required. We greatly enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub and were consistently awed by the wonderful views from the pool area. The Little Fountain Resort felt safe and quiet, and everyone we met was friendly. We had an excellent experience and will hope to return!

Very quaint little place with everything we needed

I really enjoyed my stay at John's place. Felt like home. The location was great, it was neat and clean. Had everything I needed. Very comfortable. The welcome bag of snacks and the electric tea kettle were very nice. John's communicate was great. I would stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

This condo was the perfect place for our long weekend! Troy communicated well with us from the time we booked his place throughout our visit. It is super walkable to Old Scottsdale, which offers everything from shopping to bars and restaurants. There is a great coffee place a block away. Best of all, super clean and nice and roomy. We would definitely stay there again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

We were a group of 4 that stayed here for the weekend. It was in a great central location, house was tidy, very comfortable beds, and they were great hosts. Would stay here again :)

This was a pleasant stay on the edge of the city center. Walkable to the Convention Center and stadiums, we enjoyed our time in Phoenix, as well as a day trip to Sedona.

my three week stay in Scottsdale was excellent. The condo, although the building is on the older side, was very modern and clean and well decorated. Excellent communication from George prior to check-in and prior to checkout. The location is excellent and walking distance, to many things on the edge of old town.The place is modern and the kitchen has everything I needed. Might want to Go in with a can of touchup paint to clean up some minor minor things here and there but overall, it was a fantastic day. Thank you! PS also great for my small dog.

Kellies place was amazing! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so comfortable that we mostly stayed in. In the evenings we relaxed in the hottub, which we had to ourselves. Great restaurants nearby! We are looking forward to staying there again the next time we visit the area.

Great stay! Nice canyon views, the amenities were as listed, clean, kitchen well stocked, BBQ grill, patio and pool available & so close to hiking … didn’t have to drive … plenty of restaurants and grocery stores available. Host was very accommodating. In our 9 night stay, we met so many people.. from all over the world. So nice chatting with them. Several live in the condos… since this is 2nd time visiting we were able to reconnect. We will stay here again. Thank you 😊

We stayed a week in this condo located in a quiet section of Fountain Hills with spectacular views. The condo itself was spotless with plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Coming from the East Cost, the southwest themed artwork was quite attractive. The hosts are very responsive too and we look forward to coming back again.

Kimberlee’s place is beautiful! Fully stocked with kitchen supplies! Spacious and comfortable! The pool area is fantastic!

The condo was in great shape, loved the decor, lots of towels and things that we needed. There were games for us to play and the smart TV was great for the kids. Would definitely stay there again. We had a great time!

Haley and Tanner are the best super hosts. I travel a lot for business and choose their place in Scottsdale repeatedly due to their clean, very comfortable, and convenient condo. Moreover they have always gone above and beyond for my stays. Excellent experience.

Great little place, exactly what we wanted. The pool and hot tub are well kept and never crowded. The beds are comfy. Near lots of great restaurants. The condo is accessible only by a very steep staircase, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be a consideration for some. Very nice overall experience.
