Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Verde River

Eric was a great host. He was incredibly timely with responses to emails, the instructions were very easy and the condo was perfect. The community had all we needed for a relaxing weekend. We are definitely planning on coming back.

Had a lovely two day stay here. The kitchen was very nice and had all new appliances and such. Great place to stay if you like to cook instead of going out for food. The bed was also so very comfortable! Thank you again for the hospitality.

This was our first time using an airbnb. We were traveling, and when our route changed, we had no place to stay. Brooke was amazing and responded to our inquiry right away even though it was so late. The home was so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was so homey and comfortable. I loved and appreciated the little touches - everything from the way the paper products were folded, the new sponge for dishes, the decor, tea/coffee supplies, s'more stuff, the shower supplies available to use, the faux plants & lemons on the counter. The home was so clean and everything was so organized. The view was great. The beds were comfortable. The communication was top notch. We loved our time exploring Jerome, Sedona, and the drive to see the amazing Bearizona. We would stay here again if we were ever back in this area. ❤️

Excellent location and only 10 mins walk to the JW Marriott for the conference I was attending. Really nice to come back to somewhere quiet and peaceful every day after 3-4 days of the event.

was such a sweet stay ! had everything we needed and felt right at home. would love to stay here in the future, everything we needed was under minutes away!

Our time in this Airbnb was great. Decoration and space was perfect for our group of girls. Pool was a little smaller than expected but we still had a great time.

Brandon's responses were. very communicative and prompt. His instructions were very to the point and easy to follow. His reached out shortly after check in to make sure everything went smoothly and asked if we needed anything During our stay the propane tank for the grill was empty and once Brandon was notified that we needed a new one, he promptly swapped it out for another. He was even understanding when we asked him to come back to the property to help troubleshoot the nozzle on the tank. I definitely will stay here again!

The place was beautiful. Had family of 8. Could have had more. The surroundings were beautiful with beautiful desert background. House very well stocked with needed supplies. Would for sure come back

This is a wonderful home, extremely well-kept, and with lots of great amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pool and spa were super fun and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The photos truly didn’t do this place justice! It was even more beautiful in person. The space was spotless, stylish, and fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Whether you're cooking, relaxing, or getting ready for a night out, it had all the essentials. I would absolutely recommend booking this place to anyone visiting the Scottsdale area!

Rashad was very responsive! The house has a mother-in-law area with the LAN room and upstairs suite. When we had trouble logging into the Xbox, Rashad called right away and had contingencies for getting hooked up. We traveled with 7 adults and 3 kids and everyone loved the pool - the slide was a hit! The gate keeping the pool separate was very nice as the kids could run around without worrying that they would get in the pool.

Such a beautiful house, loved the pool area. Went to celebrate my husbands birthday and had such a great time!

Mr Eddie is a very kind person,and helped whatever best way he can even , and many cases went out of his way to assist me like he drove me quite a few times to super market in extreme heat in Phoenix,which is very kind of him , i felt sick when i arrived in Phoenix due to extreme heat, he took me to certain pharmacy as i take certain health diets etc ,the place is very centralized and a condominium, and well connected with public transport,uber or lyft also.Please will be happy to return if i am next time in Phoenix.

The condo was exactly like its description. It was clean and comfortable. The setting next to the lake was very peaceful and the walking path around the lake was very enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. It made our stay in AZ very enjoyable.

this is a great rental in a lovely location with lots of interesting attraction including a lovely green belt for walking, cycling, etc. the condo is stocked with lots of towels, pillows and comfortable furniture. the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. the cloths washer and dryer make for a convenient stay. The private patio is quite cute and very relaxing for enjoyment of your morning coffee. the condo is nicely appointed. the bathrooms are fairly large and nice. I look forward to my next visit and stay at Lauren's condo. She is a friendly and helpful host.

I loved this condo!! I would definitely come back here! Any questions I had she responded in time never had me waiting. Loved the makeup towels they saved me 🤣! It definitely was a perfect location everything was close and the airport is under 20min away🥰🥰

We loved staying at Britt’s place and would gladly stay again. The unit is just the right size for a couple and super convenient. But the best part is it’s brand new, which makes it very clean and comfortable.

Little trouble finding which unit we were in, but easy once we figured it out. Very responsive and quick. A home away from home while in town for my Mother’s follow-up appointments at Mayo for a liver transplant. It was so nice to have a cozy, welcoming place to call home. Looking forward to booking again for our next trip!
