Unique barndominium minutes from I-40. This quiet space has wifi and TV in the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a desk and TV. The smaller bedroom has a full-size bed. There is one spacious bathroom with a tile shower, washer and dryer. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The standout feature of this property is a 40X40 enclosed barn, perfect for multi-vehicles and trailer parking as well as hunters. Door to barn is 9X10.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people with Queen size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and a King size bed in the Master bedroom. Some areas are still under construction like the Koi pond that will be constructed in the near future. The area is fenced and well lit at night. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.
