We offer 1 detached house with heated pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160 bed and 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Welcome to our gîte Le Pivert. This detached gîte is located on the small holiday domain “Aux Martis”, in the beautiful countryside of Lot-et-Garonne (on the border with the Dordogne). At the end of a gravel path and tucked away among old oak trees, you'd think you're in the middle of nature. But civilization is around the corner and the gîte has all the comforts. The terrace overlooks the valley and a small path leads to the pool for a refreshing dip.

Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.
