Monthly Rentals in Verkeerder Kill

Older home but it was easy for us to fine using the GPS. Had a well-stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pans and even baking items. Beautiful yard with lots of plants and shrubs we enjoyed watching the birds in the early mornings. For us the price range and the fact we needed 4 beds helped us make a decision and location to a family relative. Also it had a great washing machine and dryer which again was a important factor for us. It is a older home but served our needs. The one bathroom has a slightly smaller shower for someone of a bigger size it might be a little tight but still useable.

Carmen's place is an amazing getaway. Set back and quiet, but close to town. Very clean, and with all the amenities you would need. Very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip. 5 stars all the way!

5 Stars – A Perfect Peaceful Getaway! R&R on the Knoll was a fabulous stay! The one-bedroom apartment is spacious, spotless, and absolutely charming—just like the photos. Set on a beautiful property, it truly felt like a peaceful retreat. Everything we needed for a comfortable, home-away-from-home experience was thoughtfully provided—including the lovely surprise of fresh farm eggs! Karen was a great host—her welcome message was prompt and helpful, and her detailed instructions for check-in, check-out, and the stay made everything seamless. We didn’t need to reach out during our stay because everything was so well-prepared, but it was clear she would have responded quickly if needed. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting the area and highly recommend Karen’s place to anyone looking for quiet, cozy, and well-appointed accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Richard was extremely responsive and made everything so easy for us. He even recommended the amazing Ice Caves for our hike and it did not disappoint! Even though it rained a lot, we were still able to get use out of the hot tub and the pool on our last day. The water is soooo stinky though (as advertised) - a little hard to get used to but indeed great for your skin and hair.
