Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

This is the second time I've stayed here. host is super responsive. location is great.

The place was cute for a couple or single person. Euan was super responsive and very accommodating. Went to a show at the Paramount and it was a short walk! Loved the touch of having drinks for guests!

I stayed for 16 days, and the property’s security gave me great peace of mind, which is very important to me. The space was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. We had an incredible 10-day stay at Nada’s place. The apartment is perfectly located just outside Little Tokyo, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and local spots within walking distance. It made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. But what truly made our stay special was Nada herself. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and always available for any questions or help we needed — without ever being intrusive. Her kindness and hospitality made a real difference, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We can’t recommend Nada’s place highly enough, and we’d absolutely love to stay again if we’re ever back in the area. Thank you again for everything, Nada!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. It looked even better than the picture. Super spacious and clean- perfect for a group trip. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The house itself was very clean and comfortable.

Nice hidden oasis just north of the main part of Monrovia. It’s a quiet neighborhood so you feel like it’s truly a home and not a vacation rental. The towels are super soft, the kitchen has soft closing drawers, and the A/C worked great in both areas. The bed was super comfortable too! Pro Tip: The shower takes a few minutes to heat up. Definitely would stay here again.

Very cute home! Had all the amenities listed. Parking was a challenge but totally worth it for the awesome place and the price was a steal! Definitely worth more.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was a great location, close to everything. Joe was an incredible host. He responded very quickly and was super accommodating. We arrived super early into the day and Joe let us know everything was ready the night before and we could check in early if we needed it. It lifted a huge weight off of our shoulders and we got some needed rest. He also had a parking space reserved for us which was super helpful. The inside of the home was great! Everything was incredibly clean and organized, as well as spacious. Shower has great water pressure too. The AC is also a huge plus. It cooled down the space quickly. The room has a projector and movie night was great! Everything was super easy to check in and out, and Joe kept us informed of everything. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone who will visit the Los Angeles area!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

I had spent the weekend in downtown LA in the location was pleasant. It felt secure and safe was clean and spacious. The rooftop was added along with having safe parking across the street. I’ll be referring and booking again soon.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.
