Beach house holiday rentals in Vero Beach

Fantastic stay! The beach and restaurants all walking distance. The food was delicious and they had live music! The golf cart was a very nice add on! Would stay again!

Very convenient location near places to eat, the beach, and a short uber ride to the Port Terminal. Would recommend!

We Loved it here!! Sam is a Top Notch Host!Knowledgeable and Genuine!This cottage was absolutely perfect…stunning views, classy beach decor and spotless clean.The pool is dreamy and the water is a perfectly mild temperature.Two of the days we had the entire pool to ourselves.Less than 10 minutes from all stores and restaurants imaginable.Less than a 10 minute drive to the beach.I recommend catching the sunrise at Jensen Beach where you will be greeted by a multitude of seashells and sea turtle tracks in the sand. Make sure that you check out the downtown area for an outdoor market and live music on Thursday evenings.Just two very minor things to note, this particular cottage does not have a rooftop balcony as mentioned in the listing and the shower water temperature/water pressure are very mild. These two things did not take away from our personal experience at all, just worth mentioning. We hope to be Lucky enough to visit this little Slice of Heaven sometime in the near future!

Enjoyed our family vacation at this beautiful location. Short walk to the private beach was nice. House was very clean and spacious. Casey replied to any question or request I had within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

This was honestly one of the best vacation homes we have booked! Simon was so quick to respond and made the entire week super easy for us. We had the most relaxing time doing all the water sports we love all within a mile from the house. The home is spotless and has brand new interior, crisp, white and clean. We were not able to pull our boat up to the dock due to the low tide/muck but that was not a problem at all since there are super nice boat ramps less than a mile away with tons of parking for your trailer and easy in/out. With fresh fish markets nearby we ate a different fish every night using the charcoal grill and the well equipped kitchen. The beds are wonderful and comfy. We slept great the entire week. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. Thank you so much Simon for a great vacation! We will be back!!

We had a family vacation to experience the ocean and grandson to try and surf. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day of doing things around town. Washer and dryer were great as well were traveling and needed to do clothes. The owner was awesome to work with on a couple things we called her about. Other than that we will definitely stay there again if ever coming back to the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful family vacation! 4 adults and 2 children. The hose was amazing and had everything we needed plus some. We cooked at home every day and did not find the kitchen lacking in any way. The beds and pillows were comfortable, neighborhood quiet and peaceful We would definitely recommend this house!

All I can say is WOW. What a beautiful piece of paradise. This adorable little beach house is so close to the beach and a very easy walk with crosswalks for your safety. The house is decorated perfectly and is free of clutter. The bedrooms are a great size one has a TV which is nice if you’re a night owl or early riser and don’t want to wake others. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was great for a soak after a long day at the beach. And my absolutely favorite thing - the hot water out door shower. It was perfect for washing the sand and salt water off before going inside, it came equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are plenty of hooks to hang your suits towels etc and a bench seat. This amenity will be a must for every beach vacation I take from now on. Inside the A/C works perfectly and there are ceiling fans to circulate the cool air. There are lots of fun things to do and some great restaurants. Adam was always quick to respond.

We enjoyed our stay. We somehow locked ourselves out on the first night there and John was quick to respond. The pool got plenty of use with our kids. My favorite part of the house was its location right on the canal. We went paddle boarding and seen manatees and dolphins several times. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall the house was nice and John was a great host.

Very nice area, and house. Comes with a couple bikes, and beach toys, chairs, floats and other needs. If I search for a complaint so not giving a perfect review, I can not think of any complaints Great place made me wish I could buy it and stay permanently Will be back

Absolute wonderful place to stay, very close to the ocean, very safe, and fun activities to do around the area without having to leave the neighborhood. 10/10 will be staying there again next time we go down.

Everyone in the group had something nice they just loved about the place. Of course the kids enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay, my dad love how comfortable the place felt, and I enjoyed how cozy the beds and sheets were. Especially after being the beach all day! Speaking of the beach me and my daughter also enjoyed nightly walks to the beach was only about a 19min walk. An experience we will able to cherish forever! We loved everything about the place, they had everything we needed and some.

We have come to this home 2 years in a row, now. It is beautiful, very close to the beach, and the hosts are wonderful. 15 years vacationing at Cocoa Beach and we plan on coming back to their spot as long as we are welcome!

The house was absolutely amazing! Very clean and nice!! The location was private and beach accessible, dip pool and harbor beach club made the trip extra special!! We did pay to add the grill but it was rusty so we did not use it.

Steve was awesome at communicating . We had a blast !! Definitely would come again

Tina’s home was absolutely beautiful! The floor to ceiling windows made it such a tropical feel. The AC was pleasantly cool even with 95 degree weather. We were so pleased to see the home had a big bath tub with piping hot water. The house was well stocked with everything you need. We brought a beach wagon but Tina does supply you with wagon, beach chairs and sand castle toys. Plenty of towels and beach towels were available. Mosquitos were pretty bad, so bring some mosquito spray. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach! Steep stairs down to the beach. Absolutely breathtaking water! We got to meet lots of dogs as they allow them at the beach! The house does not have a grille, but the kitchen was fully stocked! It is very dark outside at night so be prepared to meet delivery drivers by the mailbox. We would definitely go back and enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Tina!

This was a great little 2 bedroom place, great location to food and the beach , would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

The Wilson beach house was absolutely fantastic! The house felt extremely homey and comfortable and was perfect for our long weekend! The view from the living room/back porch overlooking the beach is amazing! The garage is also extremely well equipped with tons of chairs, paddle boards, kayaks etc. i will 100% be booking this house for my next beach outing

Had a great stay, cleans, quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of live oaks and close to the very cool old citrus road jungle trail. We felt very comfortable here. Martin had clear easy instructions. We never had to ask any questions, we had everything we needed. Access onto the property was easy.

We hate to give great feedback as we consider this place our little secret paradise. Theresa is a very responsive host. Whenever we had a request it was answered within minutes. The large covered outside dining area is wonderful with beautiful landscaping. We lived outside. Very casual living, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water for multiple nice showers inside and out, lots of beach toys - boogie boards, paddle boards, bikes, etc. Jig saw puzzles, games, books to identify Florida flora and fauna. TV worked easily as well as WIFI and phones. We are coming back! Thank you Theresa.

The description on AirBnB undersold this place. Very comfortable, garage space very functional (even if you don't have cars), good supply of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. in the kitchen. Super clean. Everything worked. Key Lime pie in the fridge over the top. Loved the location near Bon Steele Park and the river access on property. North Jetty of Sebastian Inlet was closed while we were there so we missed that. Alan knows his stuff regarding fishing this area!

I can only say good things about Levi’s place! The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were 6 people (3 adults, 3 children) and we never run out of towels! The house was very confortable and the outside was amazing! The beach is a short drive from the house and the hosts provided all the equipment to make it even more enjoyable! I looked at several other places before choosing this one, and I can 100% recommend this house to other guests.
