Fra allrommet er det utgang til delvis overbygd terrasse på 24m2. Soverom 3 har egen terrasse under tak. Gratis parkeringsplass til mange biler og 7KW lader for elbil. Det er 200m til offentlig badestrand og leikeplass. Et utmerket sted for avslapning og dagsutflukter. Vertskapet bor i nabohuset og er gjerne behjelpelig.
