This "rare" 60 m2 home consists of a kitchen/dining area, a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom. You can also enjoy a private garden with covered terrace consisting of a dining area and a seating area, not to mention unlimited access to the swimming pool.

Pleasant quiet house

Beautiful 190 m² family house for eight people, quiet and not overlooked, in the small village of Vestric-et-Candiac (birthplace of the Marquis de Montcalm). Enclosed garden with unfenced 9 m x 4 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m) secured by an alarm (non-swimming children must remain under surveillance) and summer kitchen equipped with a plancha. Closed parking for four cars is available for your use. We prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday for summer periods.
