Csodás egy hetet töltöttünk a kis házban, ami abszolút baba- és kutyabarát. Mindent kaptunk, ami egy egyéves baba mindennapjaihoz kellett (utazóágy, etetőszék, babakád, műanyag tálkák és poharak) és a konyha is szuperjól felszerelt. Gyönyörű a környék, csak ajánlani tudom!

Szuper helyen van a szállás, Balaton, boltok, éttermek közelben. Eszter nagyon kedves és segítőkész, köszönünk mindent!

We had a wonderful holiday at Szilvia's place. The house was easy to find. It is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood and has a lovely view of the hill. I really enjoyed sitting on the terrace having a coffee or glass of wine. The house had everything we needed for our stay, everything looked as expected and as advertised. Everything was clean and tidy. Szilvia was very friendly, sympathetic and caring. She prepared a list of recommendations of things to do and places to go in the surrounding area which was very nice and helpful. We visited a few places she recommended and were delighted. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great time at Balaton. I hope to come back here one day!

A régi idők hangulatát idéző, jól felszerelt házikó, vadregényes kerttel. Bármikor szívesen visszatérnénk.

Skvělé ubytování vhodné pro poklidnou i aktivní dovolenou - perfektní poloha ve velmi klidné oblasti. Dům je zcela nový, krásný, čistý a velmi stylový! Doporučuji!!! Oceňuji i komunici s hostitelem, která byla parádní. 2 ložnici ideání pro 2 páry, měli jsme soukromý. Terasa s výhledem do zahrady, včetně grilu. Parkování ve dvoře. Pobyt opravdu doporučuji.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

Kedves és nagyon segítőkész Erika. A vasút állomás és a strandok is sétatávolságban a szállástól. A lakás tiszta, jól felszerelt, otthonos, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

We hadden een superleuke, aangename vakantie in deze prachtige villa. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust, heeft een mooi terras en een prachtige tuin met veel bomen, die de nodige verkoeling geven tijdens de warme zomerdagen. (de airco's op de slaapkamers zijn ook een grote meerwaarde) Het rustige strand ligt om de hoek (ca. 200m) en met de bolderkar neem je met gemak al je strandgerief mee. Te voet of met de fiets ben je zo in het centrum bij de bakker, kleine supermarkt of restaurant. Een absolute aanrader om het Balaton en deze mooie streek te ontdekken.

we had so much fun, my family visited Balaton the first time. the cottage was lovely and we managed to use the fireplace too. no issues at all, highly recommend this place! we are planning to come back in the summer x

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

Tamas was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was really well equipped and gave us everything we needed. Our dogs really enjoyed the access to the garden. A very pleasant stay

Tökéletes hétvégét töltöttünk Melindánál, a ház gyönyörű, nagyon tiszta és kényelmes volt 7 fő számára. Az udvaron minden rendelkezésre áll egy tökéletes nyárestéhez, sütögető, medence, napozó ágyak,… szívesen foglalunk majd újra.

This apartment truly matches its photos, featuring two separate rooms that open onto a small patio. It's located within walking distance of the lake and restaurants. A supermarket and public washing machine are just two minutes away. Car is recommended for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas, but you can also use the near train station to get to other cities. We loved our vacation here.

Dora háza csodálatos természeti környezetben, egy csendes falu végén helyezkedik el. Nagy családunk számára ideális volt a ház mérete és elhelyezkedése. A ház nagyon igényesen megépített és berendezett, a házigazda minden apró részletre figyelt már a tervezéskor. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a szobák tágasak, világosak, a konyha szuper jól felszerelt. A nagy család étkezéskor kényelmesen elfért a nagy étkezőasztalnál, de leginkább az óriási teraszon töltöttük a közös időt. A kertnek sajátos mikroklímája van egy nagy diófával és rengeteg levendulával, nagy melegben is kellemesen hűvös volt. A gyerekek részére homokozó, tollaslabda, pingpong asztal áll rendelkezésre. A házhoz tartozik egy medence, amit nemcsak a gyerekek, de a felnőttek is nagyon élveztek. Ideális hely akár aktív pihenésre (a környéken lehet kerékpározni, túrázni), akár csendes elvonulásra, pihenésre. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut - ganz in der Nähe zum Altstadtplatz und zum Burgviertel, aber auch Lebensmittel- und Drogeriemarkt in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, selbst zu fünft war reichlich Platz.

Die Unterkunft und die Lage mit dem tollen Blick auf den Balaton sind für einen Urlaub perfekt. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Szilvia und ihr Mann sind äußerst nett und reagierten bei Fragen sofort. Ein wenig schade ist, dass die von uns beanstandeten Kleinigkeiten während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht behoben worden sind (so mussten wir z.B. eine defekte Türklinke selbst reparieren). Ansonsten ist diese Ferienwohnung absolut zu empfehlen 👍. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

it was a nice house with everything we needed. we stayed with our 2 kids (2 and 5 years) they had a great time in the garden and the Legos in the drawers were also a succes. Netflix was also available and Peter was a great host. The trains wasnt a problem the small ones just startet to shout tuuut tuuut every time a train passed by. Lidl is close as well all in all we had a great time 😊

Der flexible 'Check-In' als auch der flexible 'Check-Out' waren sehr gut für uns, die wir eine weite Anreise hatten. Der persönliche Kontkat beim Check-In und die Erklärung des Hauses, der Haus- und Pooltechnik waren super und hat sehr zu einem tollen und entspannten Urlaubsstart beigetragen. In diesem Objekt konnte man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Blick auf den Plattensee und die tollen Sonnenuntergänge - da lässt es sich Urlaub machen. Die Tipps für die Umgebung von Carolin und Geoff waren sehr hilfreich. Die Infrasturktur in Balatonfützfö ist zudem überaschend gut. Fazit: Eine wiederholter Urlaub mit der Nutzung dieser tollen Unterkunft ist aus unserer Sicht nicht ausgeschlossen.

Nagyon kellemes időt töltöttünk a szálláson. Magával ragadó stílus, kellemes környezet.

A "Csodakert" csodaszép környéken található. A Bakony sok-sok túra útvonala elérhető innen. A közeli Papod hegyen, a Bakony második legmagasabb pontján található a kilátót ne hagyd ki, mert innen gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a Bakonyra és a Balatonra. Meseszép helyeken jártunk és sok kedves emberrel találkoztunk. Ilyen kedves házaspár volt a szállásadónk is, akik minden részletre odafigyeltek, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. Bemutatták a gyönyörű kertet és jókat beszélgettünk. Igazán közvetlen, vendégszerető emberek. A kisfiúk pedig egy igazi vagány kis srác! Kellemes élményekkel jöttünk el. Úgy érezzük, ide még visszatérünk máskor is. Ajánlom mindenkinek a helyet, aki egy jól felszerelt, kényelmes szálláshelyet keres a Bakonyban. Ha csodálatosan szép helyeken, csodálatosan kedves emberekkel szeretnél találkozni, akkor irány a "CSODAKERT"! Mariann & Imre

The place is a conversion of part of a Hungarian house. It has very thick walls. Inside there are two very large rooms each with a large bed, maybe king size, and a sofa that looks like it turns into another large bed, so should easily sleep 8 people. There is no living room, but each of the bedrooms is kind of like its own living room. There is no TV but there is fast Internet through WiFi. There is a large kitchen/diner with all the essential bits and pieces for cooking and a full sized gas cooker. There is a bathroom with shower and WC and a separate WC. Both are decorated with modern tiling. There is a garden. The owner lives in a house on the site. This is on the edge of a small town up in the hills overlooking the Balaton. You really need a car to get here and to explore the area. We didn't move anywhere on foot. The place is very quiet and relaxing and functional but it really it is a jumping off point to explore the area. I'm all we enjoyed our stay here.
