Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. A converted grange perched on a mountain in a medieval village 16 minutes from the A6, this peaceful home makes an ideal stop over for holidays in the Alps or south of France. Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

Shepherd's hut in the heart of nature

This stone hut was rebuilt on the remains of an old Berger hut. It is located in the middle of a meadow but accessible by car via a white path. There is no electricity or running water. The kitchen side includes a gas stove, a sink where rainwater arrives for the dishes. We provide a 10 L jerrycan of drinking water. An outdoor solar shower is available, otherwise washing is done with a washcloth. Dry toilet outside the cabin.
