Un vrai havre de paix dans lequel on se sent chez soi ! Menthon est selon moi l’un des meilleurs coins où séjourner autour du lac. Merci beaucoup Samuel !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un logement très fonctionnel avec des équipements et une décoration de qualité. L’environnement est calme avec des commerces de proximité accessibles à pied. Laurent est un hôte accueillant et sympathique, il a été très discret et respectueux durant notre séjour. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Super séjour, Alain a été très réactif. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description Endroit agréable, paisible Je recommande!

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous y allons et c’est toujours aussi top ,tant le logement que les recommandations pour les activités. Une très belle maison avec le confort d’un top niveau et d’une propreté impeccable Proches de la plage,des resto et commerces. Des personnes très réactives et agréables. The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a great time in Catherine's large quirky house. It's great for exploring all of Annecy's attractions. She supplies many useful things for everyone to use. Thank you very much, Catherine.

Tout simplement exceptionnel, à deux pas du lac, de la vieille ville et surtout : quelle vue ! Nous recommandons chaudement !

Logement magnifique. On aurait pu penser vu l'emplacement que le logement aurait été exposé au bruit mais il n'en est rien. L'appartement est au calme, décoré avec goût, un vrai cocon où il fait bon vivre! Tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien et c'était le cas, on s'y sentait vraiment bien! Merci pour ce si bel appartement à découvrir sans tarder!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Caroline. Wohnung ist schön und liegt Zentral in der Altstadt. Mit offenen Fenstern ist es am Abend im Wohnzimmer sehr laut, mit geschlossenen Fenstern höhrt man jedoch nichts mehr.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Corinne betrug 7 Tage in denen ich mich ganz wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines 6-stöckigen Gebäudes gleich gegenüber dem Ausgang des Bahnhofs. Jedoch zeigt die Wohnung in das Innere eines Wohnblocks, sodass kaum Geräusche aus der Bahnhofsnähe zu hören sind. Natürlich hört man des Abends seine Nachbahrn und Aufräumarbeiten in den Restaurants auf Erdgeschossebene. Fenster und Türen halten aber dicht und es war nicht weiter störend. Im Austausch kann man auf der Balkonterrasse am Abend gemütlich einen lauen Sommerabend verbringen (sofern die Jahreszeit stimmt). Im Ganzen befinden sich alle Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung, die darüberhinaus äußerst sauber und gepflegt daherkam. Aufgrund der Größe des Innenraumes ist dieses Angebot wirklich nur etwas für Alleinreisende. Meiner Meinung nach wurde jedoch mit intelligenten Lösungen aus den räumlichen Gegebenheiten das Beste herausgeholt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Een klein paradijsje vlakbij het prachtige meer van ANNECY. De perfecte uitvalsbasis voor alle activiteiten die je in de buurt kunt ondernemen. Eindeloos wandelen, fietsen, de bergen in, naar Annecy. De heerlijke tuin geeft voldoende zon, schaduw en privacy. De keuken is voldoende uitgerust voor het maken van een maaltijd. Maar met zoveel heerlijke restaurants in de buurt hebben wij dat lekker overgelaten aan de lokale chefs. Het is een half uurtje fietsen naar Annecy, let op; het is niet vlak fietsen rond het meer! Hou rekening met klimmen en dalen..

This is the BEST airbnb I have ever stayed in!! If you have the opportunity to stay at Mickaelle’s place you have to book. The space was pristine clean. The airbnb is very spacious compared to others for the same price. Mickaelle was the loveliest host, she provided us with very useful recommendations and was super quick to response when we had a question. An absolute 5 star!!

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans ce très bel appartement. Magnifiquement décoré, très fonctionnel et calme, nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Dominique. Effectivement, la mise à disposition des deux vélos électriques est un vrai plus. La région entre lacs et montagnes est splendide . On recommande vivement 👍

Cet appartement est certainement l’un des plus agréables dans lesquels nous ayons séjourné. L’appartement était impeccable, la déco pointue, et l’ambiance du jardin en font un lieu parfait pour un séjour reposant en famille ou entre amis à 5 min à pied de la plage d’Albigny, des locations de vélos, de petits commerces avec une excellente boulangerie à côté et 30 min du centre d’Annecy à pied. La résidence est moderne, aucun bruit et réveil avec vue sur les rosiers du jardin. Point important : malgré un week-end caniculaire avec pics de chaleurs à 32 degrés, la “petite” clim du salon est un Pingüino de Delonghi qui permet de rafraîchir suffisamment la maison et nous n’avons eu aucun mal à dormir (il suffit de laisser les portes des chambres entre ouvertes), il y a aussi un gros ventilateur Dyson dans chaque chambre en complément, ça fait largement l’affaire. En résumé séjour au top, authentique, et reposant! Merci Richard !

Excellent séjour à Annecy ! Studio très bien aménagé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Les hôtes étaient très agréables et surtout disponibles ! Ils ont su s’adapter à nous, car nous sommes arrivés en retard le jour J. Concernant la localisation de l’appartement nous étions juste à côté du centre-ville et à 5 minutes du Festival du Film d’animation d’Annecy. En bref 10/10 merci encore ! 🥰

I Ve stayed only one day but it had everything I needed . It is suitable for 1 young couple or 1 person because the bed is in the mezzanine with a slim ladder.Thank you Beatrice for your flexibility!

I can honestly say that I have never stayed anywhere that was so comfortable and stylish. The apartment is large and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. There is even a mini cine room with a huge tv screen. The area is quiet and there is even parking space available, a great bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending this rental. The hosts are charming and helpful.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

Wir haben die Woche in Annecy sehr genossen: die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet. Es gibt eine sehr ruhige, kaum einsehbare Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge und einen kleinen Teil des Sees. Der sehr saubere und gut gepflegte Pool mit ebensolchem Poolhaus liegt nur wenige Meter vor der Terrasse. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz nah am Haus gefunden. Das Eingangstor zur Wohnanlage vermittelt ein gutes Gefühl von Sicherheit. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter sofort geantwortet und uns sehr attraktive Hinweise für Unternehmungen, Bäckereien, Lokale etc. gegeben. Wir können sehr empfehlen, mit dem Rad von der Wohnung über die Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun zum See und daran entlang zur Innenstadt zu radeln. Von unserer Seite gab es nichts zu kritisieren, wir können die Wohnung voll empfehlen!

Parfait! Logement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé pour la taille du logement , tout est bien pensé et chaque détail n’est pas laissé au hasard ce qui est très agréable, le balcon est également un beau plus ! Nous avons été surpris du calme tout en étant en plein centre de la vieille ville ! Tout est accessible à pied avec un parking à 2 minutes , un bonheur, merci à Anne Claire pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons sans hésitez :)
