A real moment suspended, a parenthesis of happiness for all of us. It is with reluctance that we have handed over the keys to you 😉 I would recommend this place to stay without a second thought!

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! We had a great time! The apartment, decorated with great taste, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

We stayed for a week at Bertrand's place for a business trip. Bertrand is a friendly and very welcoming host! The house is as described, clean and all the amenities offered are functional. We will be back! Thank you Bertrand for hosting us!

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

We spent two wonderful weeks in this great vacation home. The accommodation was exactly as described – cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was a real highlight in the wonderful weather we had over the entire 14 days. The e-bikes provided were also an absolute asset – they allowed us to take many wonderful tours in the area and enjoy the landscape. A special thank you to our host Paul, who welcomed us very warmly. We were greeted with delicious local cookies and a bottle of wine – a very nice and personal gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. We were two with our dog and felt completely comfortable. The holiday home is also ideal for travelers with four-legged friends. We can recommend this holiday home 100% with a clear conscience and will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre. We especially loved the lovely scent of jasmine that grows right in front of the house, and the place itself was spotless. Highly recommended!

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

Armand is a really great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk from the lake) in a peaceful residential location and easy to access. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

My staff loved it. Everything was fine! Beautiful chalet on the mountain with many excursions into nature. Fantastic host who is very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful chalet. The house is beautifully equipped and full of interesting details, the outdoor spaces for eating, relaxing, and taking in the view were superb. We were particularly impressed with the views on either side. The house is up a forest drive, but easy to reach and about ten minutes to town. But while you are there, it feels like a calm, natural oasis, with a cosy and charming interior. Beautiful space, and we hope to return.

We had a really nice stay. The house is cozy, clean and surrounded by nature. Catherine and Jean Paul were very kind hosts and allowed us to have a unique experience: cuddling the goats and feeding them milk with a bottle! We left early in the morning and couldn't say goodbye to them in person, but we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful and nice house. Perfect for a small family with the beach a few minutes' walk away. Need a bike to go to Annecy but largely doable.

Everything was perfect. A gem in nature - Recommended without hesitation -

Family of 4 traveling by car with a 5 and 2yo. I highly recommend Yoann and Pauline’s place, we had a car so it was easy to get around and hit Annecy. Awesome lake beach only 5m drive, you can hear nature just by opening the windows with a river right across the property. Kids loved the toys and games. Only hiccup we had was no hot water in the evening for last two nights, but since it was summer we were fine with a refreshing cold shower and Yoann did offer us to shower at their own place if we wanted since they had hot water, even despite that I would definitely stay again since pros greatly outweighed cons in my opinion. Tks for hosting us Yoann and Pauline!

My husband and I had a great stay in Marcellaz-Albanais, where we were very well received! The place was up to our expectations. Unfortunately, we had to go back! But we'll be back without hesitation!! Thanks again to our hosts .
