Small stone cottage, simple and pleasant, in the middle of woods and walnut orchards ideally located in the Périgord Noir. Large attic room (fairly low ceiling) with stone walls, with a large king size double bed. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable night's sleep even in very hot weather. In the heart of our property, come and relax in a natural setting. A house, chalet atmosphere of 70 m2, with a large terrace out of sight. You will enjoy a Jacuzzi session from March to October in a private area. The pool is open from June 1st to September 30th. You will enjoy walks in the surroundings, in the garden, by the pond, near the aviaries and in the wooded paths. Close to all sightseeing tours.
