Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Welcome to the Villa Sainte Suzanne located in the heart of the Cère Valley and south of the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and in a closed enclosure, street side only. On the railway side, the land is shared with the neighbor. On-site reception by the owners. Access to the garden of more than 200 m2, quiet and relaxing place, close to the SNCF train station and 15 km from the Super Lioran resort: skiing, skating rink, hiking, tree climbing. The main shops are located 2 km away in the village.
