This is a lovely apartment with lots of thoughtful touches. We appreciated the snacks and beverages that were waiting for us - what a nice gesture. Communication with the hosts was easy. The location is in a quiet neighborhood is at some altitude above the coast, so it was a bit chilly at night and early morning when we visited in January. It was easy to drive to various locations on the south coast of Tenerife. There was plenty of street parking for our car. The large outdoor patio was a nice bonus. Although it was a bit chilly at night when we visited, it would no doubt be wonderful in warmer months. The hosts recommended an excellent restaurant within a 10-minute walk up the hill (Tasca Tierras del Sur), where we had a spectacular culinary experience.

Jose’s place was amazing for our one week stay for our group! Thank you Jose for always being helpful at all times😇, the place was very peaceful and quiet, the massive BBQ , you had basically everything you needed there. Thank you once again!☺️

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable and well-kept and clean accommodation. The only small flaw is the difficulty in finding parking in the few free places nearby, which can still be resolved by taking an extra few steps.
