We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

We went three days with my girlfriend and had a great time. We rest, cook and we went kayaking. Recommended.

Great place to stay with a large group. It is very conveniently located and easy to get around from. The rooftop is a special treat.

How to apartment, close to the River court and the empanadas de darin. It has a gym and pool as it looks in the photos and we were able to use the parking lot. I would definitely go there again.

Everything was very good, nice apartment, very well located 1 block from the Vicente Lopez river with a large park, quiet area, well equipped although the pots were a little small, the bathroom is spacious, the only flaws were a curtain that was not in very good condition and the refrigerator and oven were a little dirty when we arrived but nothing serious, I would return and recommend

It has a children's sum that is a goal. The depto ok and the area too, even though it doesn't have such a super close.

First time in Buenos Aires. We did practically everything on foot, subway and bus and the location helped a lot for this to happen. Close to everything. This is the second time I've spent a season here and as always I felt at home. The apartment has everything and is in a beautiful area with a lot to do :) In addition, Mariano is very proactive and communication is always very fast. I already have another date confirmed here and I recommend it for anyone who comes to Buenos Aires and wants to be in a quiet area like Núñez.

I really enjoyed my stay here. For what I paid, it was a very good deal. The common amenities were fantastic. The views were great. Enjoyed the city life all around. Great location. The place had a very nice aesthetic. Some of the furnishings were a little on the cheaper side; however, for what I paid, I cannot complain. It was a fantastic stay. The main center light was a little annoying, however, all the dim accent lights were amazing. Love the place, I would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Belgrano, 10 min walk from subte at Congreso Tucaman, very clean and furnished as the description. Best of all the host was very friendly, flexible and responsive which made our stay very easy.

The arrival was smooth, Paula was waiting for us at the apartment and greeted us upon arrival to show us everything (we communicated throughout the day to indicate our arrival time). The apartment is beautiful, clean and organized. The kitchen is well equipped, ideal for a longer stay. All rooms have a heater, which was essential for the colder days. The apartment is outside the central area of the city, but transportation such as buses and subways are 2 blocks away. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have good hot water pressure. There are markets and kiosks nearby.

We found the entrance to the building and the apartment quite practical. During the stay we felt very comfortable! The apartment is in good condition and its location is nice. It has easy access to tourist spots.
