Very comfy and spacious apartment in a calm and nice neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The apartment itself is very homey and charming, with balconies on either side that lets lots of natural light in. Fully stocked kitchen and washing machine were key for a long stay. Many great shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, and a Subte stop nearby that will gets you downtown to the obelisk in ~45 minutes. WiFi was fast and had no issues the entire month I stayed there. Was a great experience!

The experience was very positive. We were very well received by Florence. Very nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, with all the necessary artifacts and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful area. We highly recommend it.

We lived in the apartment for 4 months. Our stay was very good! We didn't have any issues related to the apartment during our stay. The apartment was exactly as described – very clean, very bright, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quite and nice, with easy access to public transportation and various shops and restaurants. María and Rodolfo are wonderful hosts. They were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions during check-in. They checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, helped us with every question we had. We were unlucky that in the neighboring apartment and on the street there was a renovation, so on some days during the day it was noisy. Also in the evenings the neighbors were constantly moving furniture. As we usually go to bed early - this bothered us. We would highly recommend María and Rodolfo's place to anyone visiting Buenos Aires and would definitely stay here again ourselves

It is conveniently located, Milagros is super friendly, close to river plate stadium, close to river plate stadium (more monumental).

The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking without problems, heating throughout the house and a TV in each room. The apartment is super spacious. The wifi was perfect, ideal for working. The area is super quiet, very neighborhood. It is about 13 blocks from subway B and very close to Av. Congreso.

Ariela and Francisco were always quick to respond to our queries and were willing to help us with whatever we needed. In addition to the apartment being spotless, they left us complimentary coffee for the days of stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the apartment has great natural light all day long. We'll choose them again :)

Everything was great. I got in touch with Diego very easily. We asked for two sets of keys for family logistics and he had no problem. He allowed us to enter the apartment earlier. The area is very convenient for getting around due to the transportation connection. Perfect internet. Kitchen and house equipped with everything you need. Nothing to comment. Thank you for everything. We were very comfortable!

The truth is that it is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, easy to get around with public transport, Jorge the truth that always very predisposed. When we arrived, I explain everything to us. The room and the place is very nice.

Can't find even small negative things about this place and the host. The place is located in quiet Nunez area of BA with a lot of options for public transportation. The area felt extremely safe and we walked even at late hours without feeling unsafe. There are many restaurants, cafes and stores in the area. The place itself is on a smaller side, but felt like home and even with 2 people living we never felt like on top of each other. There is a really nice and practical balcony that can be used as outside living space for the most part of a day. The host was simply exceptional with all issues resolved immediately. I would definitely come back here next time we are visiting Buenos Aires. Huge thanks, Alejandro and Paola!

We were greeted by Omar, who was very attentive and kind. They give you a welcome kit with a map of the city, alfajores and fruit. We thought it was a beautiful detail. He was also available for our departure time as our flight was leaving early. Omar, a great host

The apartment is conveniently located. Angelina is a great host who left all the necessary instructions and was constantly in touch. The apartment is bright and warm. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. A house with security guards around 24/7, made it feel safe. We really liked everything.

The apartment is impeccable, exactly as in the photos, and is close to restaurants and markets. Very easy to get to from the airport and other regions. I saw in the comments that it was super complete and that I didn't need to bring anything, but I didn't imagine it was so complete! There were soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, etc. The apartment was clean, everything in place. Access was super easy and practical — Maria sent me a message explaining everything in detail. And since the lock is smart, I didn't have to worry about arranging a time for check-in and check-out. I arrived late at night and left very early, without any problems. It's these little details that make the accommodation sensational! I'll definitely come back more often!

Fabri and Stefano were super attentive from before we booked. They answered all our questions and were super flexible with what we needed. They got us a crib that worked out great. The apartment is in one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, super safe and full of restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies… whatever you need! In addition, the apartment has everything you need to make your stay a great experience. We definitely recommend it!
