The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use grill/quincho you have to book 7 days in advance. We consulted the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no inconvenience.

A dedicated host who is super attentive to the apartment's needs. It is a super nice apartment in an area near bars, restaurants and parks. I highly recommend staying here.

Marcia was nice and proud of her apartment. It was cute for sure and had most everything you needed. It was a tiny bit dark but otherwise a super cute place with a nice terrace, washer, kitchen. And bed was very comfortable

I very much enjoyed my stay but after 2 weeks my back and hip experienced some soreness. The reason was due to the bed. Much too soft for me. So if you require a firm mattress this is not for you.

The apartment has a beautiful view of the river that I am going to miss a lot. I was really enjoying the pool in the three summer months. Great location and flat in Palermo SoHo, very walkable neighborhood to begin and end your days exploring BA. Tons of cafes and restaurants around. Easy access to the subway/buses, and close to the airport too. Doorman always present to open the main door for you. Hosts were super responsive and kind, and were able to accommodate an early check-in which was very nice after an overnight international flight :) recommend!

The apartment was super bright and very comfortable. The internet was stable enough to work and the atmosphere was super pleasant. Marcia was always attentive and even got us a bombilla so we could drink mate.

I planned to stay for one month and ended up staying for six. The apartment isn't cramped for a studio. It gets a ton of natural light, and the sun hits the balcony directly in the morning in a way that's just perfect. There's strong, reliable internet for taking video calls if you're working remotely. Villa Crespo is my favorite neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Everything you need is here, and the people, bars, restaurants are much better than the touristy Palermo(s) if you prefer a more laid back vibe. The apartment is 20 minutes to beautiful Parque Centenario and close to Parque Los Andes as well. Easy to walk up into Palermo, Chacarita, etc. when you need to. Great connection to many bus routes and the metro B-line. Multiple gyms + grocery stores within a few blocks. Anto herself is the best AirBnB host ever. Super responsive to anything I needed like fixing the calefon (hot water) or rescuing me when I locked myself out once. I feel extremely blessed to have stayed here!

My stay here was very convenient, Martinez is an excellent area to stay, as it is to get down from the apartment and have everything on hand and many places to discover, cafes, restaurants, hairdressers. Although the parking is parquimetrado, one can be managed to pay little, since two blocks away there is free parking area. Silvina and her husband were very helpful and kind. They responded very quickly when I needed to resolve something. I couldn't squeeze them so much because I was with a short time but if any foreigners want tips about the area, I'm sure they will be happy toast. I stayed with my chihuahua and we were very well received, thank you so much!

Well located, a very functional apartment, perfect for 2 to 3 people. Bus stops nearby and a Carrefour Express nearby for shopping.
