The small paddock

Au cœur de notre centre d'entrainement de chevaux de courses, vous trouverez votre petit cocon avec une vue imprenable sur la chaîne des puys. Ce logement de 50m2 rénove en 2023 dispose d’une literie de qualité avec un lit 160 et un lit de 90 cm dans la chambre en mezzanine. Le salon est composé d’un canapé lit 160 haut de gamme. Un escalier (type échelle de meunier) permet d’accéder à la chambre (cf photo) Pas de soirée possible à organiser sur place le calme est notre meilleure ami 😉

Small house near highway exit, adjoining my property 2 km from Chatel-guyon in a small village of Auvergne, upstairs 2 bedrooms with dressing room. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. Sauna 10 euros for 30 min up to 4 people. Swimming pool 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for guests staying more than 1 night, schedules to be defined on arrival. Located about 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Vichy.

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

just 10' from downtown, you feel like in the countryside, in this large 70m² 1 bedroom appartement, in a peaceful residential neighborhood, with an amazing view over Clermont-Ferrand and surroundings. A backyard with trampoline, grill and swimming pool are here for a perfect stay. *** NB *** Early 2026 : the pool is being renovated and won't be accessible before early May. I am sorry about that.
