The Lily Pad, Warburton

The Lily Pad is a cosy architect-designed, self-contained luxury villa, cantilevered over a tranquil billabong. Sit on the deck under a canopy of stars, serenaded by frogs. Enjoy a picnic beneath the magnolia tree. Renovated in Oct 2024, it features an ensuite kitchen & bathroom, with access to the surrounding 3.5-acre property. Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Guguburra Cabin

Our atmospheric cabin sits amongst the gum trees, surrounded by birdsong. Named after the Gububurras (Kookaburras) that share the property with us, it's only ten minutes walk to the Mount Macedon village for coffee or a short drive to find wineries, village markets and forest walking trails. Alternatively in the cooler months you can curl up by the fire and read or enjoy the view from the terrace by the fire pit. The calming effect of Guruburra on our guests is almost immediately
