Clarences house in Gander Bay South was everything we needed and more. It was our home away from home. Very clean, modern, everything you might need is there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had such a great stay at Happy as a Lark Cottage! The place was cozy and full of thoughtful touches. Jessie really thought of everything. She was a fantastic host and even came over late at night to help with a small issue, which we really appreciated. The location was peaceful and still close enough to Twillingate for exploring. We also caught an amazing sunset over the bay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway!

Couldn’t have imagined a more perfect stay for our night in gander ! We came for the come from away show but wanted to visit twillingate also so it was the perfect in between! Barry was helpful and quick to respond with easy checkin options . This place is loaded with everything you need and more ! It’s extremely cozy , pristinely clean and brand new . Not to mention it is located in the coziest little town of Victoria cove . I would recommend this to anyone staying in or around central ! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer ! Thanks again or the fabulous accommodations. We will be back !! Gabrielle & Ian

We locked ourselves out of the house (100% our fault) and Michelle/Jason problem solved extremely quickly. Within minutes, someone arrived to let us in. House is beautiful…surroundings are beautiful…we could not have been happier with our stay.
