Beautiful landscapes of the riverside coast where the city is located. In the neighboring Viedma - capital of Rio Negro - is the airport with connection to the main cities of Argentina.

The interior spaces are bright and comfortable. The exterior is spacious and very warm, full of trees and flowers. The cottage is very familiar and we have a garden that cable to the earth. We are awakened by the beautiful and harmonious singing of the birds. The garden also has a grill and a place to meet the family and have a delicious barbecue.

The flat is in a safe and quiet neigbourhood, 10mins walk to the river and close to the univesity. There are small supermarkets nearby and its a short drive into the city centre.

Very quiet residential neighborhood, with permanent security. Three blocks from the river and 10 blocks from downtown. I live in the house below any questions I am. The apartment is equipped for four people (utensils) with electric hopper and microwave. Optional garage.
